International transport and customs brokers
In most cases we perform customs clearance services together with the transport of goods between non-EU countries to ensure the timely delivery of your products. By doing so, we reduce the number of agents involved during the operation, thus guaranteeing the integrity and safety of your goods.
In addition, we provide you with a complete catalogue of services, facilities and advice related to foreign trade to help you better understand and simplify international logistics processes.
Being certified as an Authorised Economic Operator in its most restrictive range, A.E.O.F., we always maintain with our clients the highest level of security, both for goods and information.
You can also benefit from our simplified customs procedures, such as centralised customs clearance.
Do you need to send goods to other countries by land, sea or air? In addition to offering these services, we can clear your goods on departure, reducing delivery times.

Customs clearance procedure
As we have seen in the import and export process, along with the actual transport and negotiations, customs clearance is a step that must always be carried out.
The exception is when the movement of goods takes place between countries of the European Economic Community attached to the Customs Union Treaty. In these cases it is only necessary to issue a “T2L” or “T2LF” document proving the Community status of the goods.
Throughout the customs clearance process, customs agents will be able to report the status of the goods via a computerised system, called EDI, thus reducing the time required, eliminating travel and speeding up the process.
At the same time, Customs directly grants a circuit through which the goods will pass. Depending on the level of possible risk that exists, the obligation to verify the documentation or inspect the cargo will be determined, and the decision will be notified by telematic means.
The circuits through which a customs clearance may pass are as follows:
🔴 Red Channel – Physical Recognition
This channel involves a physical check of the cargo by customs, verifying that the data and documentation presented match the goods.
The fact that goods go through the red circuit means delays in delivery times, as the goods must be set aside and unpacked for inspection.
All these costs of moving, emptying and loading the goods derived from the inspection would be borne by the importer or exporter depending on the agreed Incoterm.
Once clearance approval has been obtained, the goods may be removed. Otherwise, the goods will be held at customs, and after a period of time, the goods will either be destroyed or returned to the sender.
🟠 Orange Channel – Documentary Recognition
This involves verifying that all the information included in the customs clearance documents matches.
After the documentary check has been carried out and clearance has been determined, the release of the goods will be issued.
In the event that there are inconsistencies in the documentation provided, the goods will be inspected, passing through the red circuit.
🟢 Green Channel – Immediate Release
If the customs response is the green channel, it means that automatic approval has been granted for the release of the goods.
If the declaration was lodged via EDI software, the inspector’s signature is replaced by a verification code on the document.
Although most goods go through the green channel, there is still the possibility that some cargo may need to go through the other two control channels to verify that there are indeed no anomalies in the import process.
